This is a terrible idea and instead I advocate a small fleet of ‘anti-whalers’ that should instead accompany the great animals on their migrations to protect them as well as truly experience ‘whale lifestyle’, not trapping the pelagic and migratory animals from their natural patterns. Worse still where the slaughter of so many occured, the spirits of the dead whales would doubtless be present and thus upset the sensitive animals. Shame on you Japanese. Would a Japanese who knew their grandparents were murdered in a certain place want to stay there?
